It's great to see that all countries have informal education in place and that 28/30 have formal strategies to support the teaching of online safety - but is there any understanding of the impact that they have - any evaluation of the programmes?

01:24:14
Thanks Reena - is this anecdotal feedback or something more organised?

01:27:31
Welcome Reena - great to have you with us this afternoon / evening

01:35:06
Recordings and presentations for most sessions and a Forum report will be made available in due course at www.betterinternetforkids.eu/sif

01:42:34
thank you for everything I feel lucky to attend this forum 🙏🏾

01:51:27
my pleasure . I wish someday as a speaker I would love to represent my country’s (Turkey’s) works for kids’ safety online like those contribute from the bottom of their heart

01:55:53
I will try to keep your question for the very end, Larisa! these are very good questions

01:55:58
some other strategies adopted in 2020: anti-racism, LGBTIQ, gender equality, action plan on integration & inclusion of migrants, plus the strategy for a more effective fight against CSA. In 2021 we will have a new 10 year disability strategy & the rights of the child... and that's just what I can remember!

01:57:08
in regards ongoing data gathering project, there is a range of EC-funded H2020 research projects ongoing which may cover some of these points

01:59:06
https://core-evidence.eu/ is probably a good place to start exploring them; see also https://www.betterinternetforkids.eu/nl/practice/articles/article?id=6488117

02:00:05
excellent, thank you very much - will have a thorough look!

02:05:01
That is really useful though Reena and helps to adapt content and respond to feedback etc.

02:10:59
Please remember to share comments with "all panellists and attendees" so everyone is able to see them

02:16:26
@ June,it's organised ,but we haven't documented it for research. We've used it only to improve on our sessions. And to help children in trouble reach out as the feedback is anonymous.

02:17:39
Its mandatory for adults and children to give us feedback after our sessions.

02:22:08
thank you for putting the questions fwd, Hans! And I do have to mention that as part of the consultation on the rights of the child, there is a dedicated section on "digital and information society"

02:22:54
