I personally think ableism (ableism means treating those who are disabled badly just because they are disabled) should be stigmatised

@barabara Yes we understand that it can be hard to identify someone that suffers with mental health that's why we created this video to show things that people say that might effect peoples mental health, to reduce the chances of offending someone
